What is a Wholistic Health Coach?

Wholistic Health Coaches are mentors and wellness experts who help you feel your best through personalized lifestyle changes that meet unique dietary, emotional, and physical goals and needs. Our Wholistic Coach, Christy, works with clients to help them discover how to fuel their bodies, live a healthy lifestyle, and find the best wellness and health routines that work for them.

Wholistic health goes beyond what’s on the plate. There are areas of your life that impact your short-term and long-term health just as much as the food you eat, such as your relationships, career, spirituality, physical activity, and environment.

Eat all the kale in the world, but if you’re surrounded by toxic relationships or you’re feeding yourself negative self-talk, you’ll feel held back. Health coaches take a holistic approach to health and wellness, looking at how all areas of life are connected.

  • Support: Ultimately, a holistic health coach facilitates behavior change, so come ready to make PROGRESS, not a quick fix! Coaches offer a safe space for you to ask questions, deconstruct your health habits, provide accountability and guide you to resources for ongoing support. Instead of “giving you the answers,” coaches focus on their conversation with you, listen to your ideas, ask questions and provide advice or feedback.
